Our Story
When I was born, my father worked construction in Texas; he built homes, just like his father (my grandfather). A few years after my birth, my dad walked away from the home-building industry to pursue full-time ministry. Yet even after he left construction as a profession, my dad always had a "project" going on--and I was often recruited to be his rather-reluctant helper. "Together" (to use that word loosely, as I wasn't usually a great deal of help) we finished garages, tiled floors, scraped popcorn off ceilings, painted walls, built fences and decks, and tackled various other home improvement projects.
My career has been the mirror image of my dad's. I began my career in ministry; then after 19 years working with churches, I decided to pursue real estate full time. Not long after becoming a REALTOR® I realized an unexpected connection between my two professions. As a minister I had been welcomed into significant, sacred moments in people's lives. I had been there at births, funerals, baptisms, weddings, and other milestones in my congregant's lives. And now, as a real estate professional, I have the honor and privilege of being invited into a new significant, sacred moment in my clients' lives—moving into a new home. While a move always involves the bottom line—the money—it's also about the memories. Home is so much more than four walls and a roof. Home is where experiences are enjoyed, memories are made, and love is lived. Being entrusted with the sacred milestone of guiding clients home is a great honor and a great responsibility. And it's one I don't take lightly.
In other words, I believe that HOME IS SACRED. And I believe that SACREDNESS DESERVES EXCELLENCE. The way I honor the sacredness of this special transition in my clients' lives is by being the very best I can be for them every day. For me, excellence is about being both PERSONAL & PROFESSIONAL.
I would love nothing more than the opportunity to walk with you through this special time in your life and help guide you home! --Daniel Hope

- PROFESSIONAL means I leverage my researching, marketing, and negotiating expertise so my clients never leave any money on the table. In addition to ministry and real estate, I studied Contracts in law school, and I'm a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule-31-Trained Family and General Civil Mediator--which allow me to effectively negotiate in my clients' best interests.
- PERSONAL means I'm attentive to my clients' needs, I ask about their goals, I listen to their concerns, and I never ever pressure them to make a decision they aren't comfortable with. I take great pleasure in walking alongside my clients through this important milestone in their lives, and I love staying connected with them long after their move.
